I provide a CD of images and give the clients permissions to print or share but not alter. If you would like me to produce prints we can discuss that option.
Turn around time/ completion schedule will be worked out on an individual basis depending on season and size of the event.
Deposits are due within 48 hours to hold your appointment. Deposits are a mimimum 30% of your package price. Payment arrangements are an option depending on your package option and date of event.
The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
Rescheduling is an option if my schedule permits with no loss of deposit. If cancellation occurs with in 30 days of the appointment event your deposit will be forfitted.
The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.
